Alright, I grew up with the Spider Man comics...so I really could care less about there being Spider Man lunch boxes or toys, if they are based off the movie design or not.
The old Batman film in 1989 had toys made for it, and that was PG-13 just like the Spiderman films are.
If you wanna whine about this type of stuff, it is hardly a recent phenomena.
I love the old comic book characters, but I hate most movies based off comics! Go figure.
