I really ought to form a budget for DVDs as this seems to drain our "petty spending" fund often.
If it's a movie I'm pretty sure I'll like or watch more than once, I buy it. With rental prices around here being $5 a pop, it's worth it to buy. Especially at the aforementioned Walmartish prices!
