Find a beautiful and famous actress/singer then make a baby with her. Maybe Britney would do but I doubt that the press will take photo of that baby. I think the smile of J-Lo is because every flash of the camera is worth millions.
Its really depressing that with all of us trying to get money, while the prices of things go up, these babies got 6 million USD just because their mother is very famous.
