Well CrankyCat, I think you know me well enough that I love to throw the words of Atheists into their faces as I've found that people who are confident in their ideas are not afraid of criticism. This tells me that Darwinists are afraid, as evolution's apologists have switched from defending Darwinist hard-line to attacking religion.

Hence here you've got me out here not ATTACKING Darwinism but rather attempting to point out how fallacious and outdated an argument Darwinism is and at times, how messed up your understanding of the Bible is.

From another mutual venue (YDM) an unnamed person stated that Darwinism was not against the first law of thermodynamics. I didn't respond to him/it, as I was certain it would have been over his head.

However I'm confident you will give it consideration once I've explained from my mechanical engineering background (no degree) and how Darwinism violates the first law of thermodynamics. Please keep in mind that everything I write is from a standpoint of mechanics. The job (I loved) for many years was troubleshooting machines that were not operable or increasing the efficiency of ones that were.

The first law of thermodynamics:
Nothing can only create nothing. Before the universe existed something must have always existed. It's energy. Energy is eternal. The first law of dynamics confirms that.
The law states: "energy cannot be created or destroyed" No beginning and no end. (That's the definition of "ETERNAL.")

Darwinists cannot claim that this energy always existed in the known universe because science has proven that the universe didn't always exist.(1)

The energy source that was present BEFORE the universe began had to have power beyond anything we can begin to imagine, considering it had to transfer it's energy unto the TRILLIONS of stars and BILLIONS of galaxies.

A separate ETERNAL energy source that exists outside of the universe had to have supplied or transferred IT'S energy onto the universe (because we know that the universe didn't always exist.)

It's not unreasonable to assume that this ENORMOUS energy was the creator God as we have two options to determine what WAS this powerful always existing energy. It could be a dumb, unconscious, and vague energy source. (However this is extremely illogical considering that we can observe incredible complexity, order, and design throughout the universe.) The most logical answer would be that an intelligent mind constructed the universe, or a God. It's as simple as that.
If you can't agree with this logic then you're being stubborn, unreasonable, and just don't WANT to believe in the existence of God.

I pray this bit of enlightenment give you serious pause for thought. Mitch, you have my eMail address, please feel free to respond through that or private message or here, whatever is convenient. Kindly remember, I'm no preacher I'm just a big dummy that is saved by the Grace of Jesus, and hopes that someday you will be to.
