The bulk of our citizens will believe and/or buy *anything* if properly packaged and commercialized, i'm convinced of it.
One of the funnier useless products i've seen was the fart pillow, you tuck it in your pants and voilá; farts smell like "insert choice".
Alacritys clip was pretty damn hilarious though.
