If you don't mind downloading some, FlyFF isn't at all bad. It's an MMORPG. Not the best, granted, but still can be fun to play now and again. (It is free)
If you want games ON the net, then kongregate.com is a great place to find some awesome games. It even has an 'achievement' thing going on
