Lost is a good example for explaining 'how one season can ruin quality of a VERY nice show'. Writers are Lost storyline is outta control though it seems ok. Show recovered in Lost season 5 though I can't forget how crappy season 4 was. I think show should have ended gracefully in season 5. I don't think 'What's Next' trick is gonna work anymore. Even for a fiction, it has Lost sanity.
