Do you ever sneak food and drinks into the Theater?

Well I have to admitt that I have done this.. I know I am BAD lol But a coke cost what 4 bucks in the Theaters so 1 coke and 1 popcorn is about 10 bucks I would say so yes I have been bad and I do take drinks and a snack in for my kids and for the big kid my husband ( gosh he is worse than any kid) he has to have his drink and pop corn.. LOL

Is anyone else as bad as me???

I guess I have 'snuck' food in, I don't know if my local cinema checks - I've never been asked if I have food.

Sneaking food in is half the fun! I don't think I've ever known the theaters to check.. that could end up being a bit akward, eh?

We normally sneak in candy since they sell the boxes at Walmart and the grocery store for $1 instead of whatever they charge at the theater. Its already $10 for a ticket. The big fancy theater near us is more retentive about outside food, the cheap second run movie theater doesn't mind much. We've bought in a Mcdonald's bag with an entire meal and not gotten asked anything except "where's ours" Its run by mostly teenangers though so they understand and they make money based on quantity of tickets, not concessions.

Yes, I have definatily done this. When I was leaving the gym locker room, a buddy wanted to go grab a movie, but neither of us had had time to eat, so we stopped by Subway and crammed 2 six inch subs and a liter of water in my bag Luckily, I'm addicted to large bags, so it was no problem!

Shame on you peeps, thats a big part of how the movie theaters make there money... Actually I don't ever think about it till I get in the theater, then it all looks so good that I feel like a little kid, and I want it all...

LOL I do the same thing or at least I want it all lol ...
and the popcorn smells so much better than the stuff that you make at home seems like it taste better also...

Yes I sneak things in every chance I get. I have a special purse I use that's big enough for a family size pack of M&Ms and a few mountain dews

This is definitely where taking a date pays off...those big purses women carry can hold a three course meal.

Yes I have, and just a heads up most of the time you visit a sneak peek show, they will check you no matter what. Esp. for cameras (cell phones too) or anything else you could sneak in.
