Anyone waiting for Cloverfield?
Does anyone have a clue about this movie? Is it a monster movie? An alien movie or what? I have no clue except for a quick shot of a large tail. It's not another Godzilla movie, is it?

 Well snookumsnort it don't sound much like a monster movie, although it has a monster in it... I'll just let you watch these two guys that review it down there... In the first review there just coming out the movie, and they don't say much more than we are going to go drink some beer and then tell you about it... But in the second review they tell you what the movie is about and kinda tell you what the monster looks like... And they say to go see it, but I don't think I ever heard either one of them say they liked it... And just from what they said discribing it, I don't think I'll waist my time going to see it... ^ Newest Trailer ^ Just click on the picture

Let's just say I don't think I'll be running to the theater to give this one a watch... Gotta give 'em props for the hype they are creating though... I'll be curious to see how it does at the box office... Seems like as fast as the hype peaked around this movie, *poof* it vanished from the theaters. Must not have been that good.

I never saw this film, and yet almost everyone around me kept talking and talking, but it sounded like nothing more than a rather lame Popcorn flick.
Apparently, some of the reviewers seem to agree with me. The movie may be mildly entertaining, but hell...so was Godzilla and Jurassic Park!

i was waiting with anticipation for this film.... boy wat a waste of a good opportunity... the relationships in it were unemotional and i couldnt give a damn about anyone in the film
