Default Forbidden Kingdom

Jackie Chan and Jet Li in the same movie? How much better can it get? I can't wait to see this one in the theatres this weekend. I just hope it doesn't disappoint.

I agree, snookumsnort. Those two are bound to be one great combination and a huge boost to box office sales of Forbidden Kingdom. Be sure you report back to us with a review after you see it, won't you?

It could get MUCH better.

Jackie Chan is great, but I was never very big on Jet Li.

Not that I hate the guy or anything, but I just have not liked most of the films he was in. To be honest, that wasn't entirely his own fault though. He just could save some of those movies on his own.

I just saw it a week ago. I just couldn't get past a supposedly Asian movie with a Western twist. But the good points are that it's an awesome kung fu movie. I really mean it when I say that when it comes to kung fu, Jackie Chan & Jet Li can do no wrong. The special effects are awesome too; more fantasy than reality but it is a movie partly based on legend too. It is quite enjoyable to watch if only for the kung fu and the effects but going to movies is supposed to be enjoyable. The movie will never earn awards, I think. But it is worth paying a movie ticket for.
