This is one fantastic movie. Pixar has a very unusual way af making you feel for something that you normally would not. This film is an amazing masterpiece. I highly recommend this film.

4.5/5

Wow! That's nice to hear. I never really thought that they can come out with a good cartoon to top the previous ones. Thanks for the review. I'll probably take my daughter to see it.

I guess that means i must watch it wither online or when it comes out in the cinema here in the UK. Rotten Tomatoes has a rating of 96% so the film is rated "Fresh"

Quote:
Rotten Tomatoes reported that 96% of critics gave the film positive reviews, based upon a sample of 136 reviews, with an average rating of 8.6/10.At Metacritic, which assigns a normalized rating out of 100 to reviews from mainstream critics, the film has received an average score of 93, based on 35 reviews. Movie Tab reported an average score of 89.1% from 58 film critics.
So for rotten tomatoes, about 5 reviews said this film was bad. Probs the people who grunt too much and hate christmas, easter, summer hols, new years etc :P

Yeah, me an my GF plan to go see the movie. We've enjoyed all the previous Pixar releases, and this one sounds like it's no different. But we tend to wait a few weeks until the crowds die down, then we'll go.

This is the first movie of 2008 I bothered to see in a theater, anything else so far I'm willing to wait for the DVD and avoid the movie going hassle.

This was a great fun. Well worth the time, money and putting up with rude patrons to see. (8:30PM showing and no less than three, THREE infants were brought into the theater. needless to say they didn't want to be there and let the rest of us know it.)

Certain critics are now saying that this is leftish propaganda, and are comparing it to 'An Inconvenient Truth'. I think they're nuts myself, it was just a movie-and an animated one at that!

Unfortunately the movie does reek of "green" propoganda. The whole movie is filled with it. From stupid white fat americans to the whole earth needing to be cleaned from contamination. It is all there. But I choose not to see that stuff when I see a film. Especially a pixar film. I love what I saw but cannot deny what the purpose of the film was.

I personaly hate the whole green movement. People fail to undrestand that everything is cyclical. And all the money that Gore makes he pockets. He does not use it for green purposes. I am not saying I don't help where I can but we are not the casue. Science and mother nature are.
