They just think she might need to learn about birth control? I am really wondering what her parents are saying about this. While there is nothing wrong with having twins or triplets, what about 3 pregnancies before shes 18?

If it was my daughter she would be chained up in a closet or something...
Gosh it would be terrible...

You know I was thinking just about the same thing Barbie. She wasn't even without child for long in between them to manage three between 14 and 16 years old.

I see that it's Argentina, but all the same she really does need some help.

I don't have a problem with Pamela's age or her alleged promiscuity...
My grandmother got married when she was 14... And I think people
should be free to have sex with as many people as they like... But I
do have some criticism for her lack of the use of contraceptives...
The world is far too overcrowed with people now, we need to reduce
the overall world population... And then there is also the fact that she
has no way of supporting these babies... I would love to see some
kinda sterilization program set up in these 3rd world countrys...
I'm not saying that would be the morally right thing
to do, just that is what I would like to see happen...
They don't seem to know how to use a condom...
I love a condom myself, there fun...

Sterilization programs? Yikes, that's scary. Who gets to decide which womb is deserving?

That's just sad. I can't imagine what my life would be like with 7 kids in 3 years, and I'm 30!

Yes I agree it is scary, but I feel that when people are not responsible
enough to do what is in there best interest for themselves and there
environment... You know like maybe someone needs to step in and help
them make this choice for them... I would say that Pamela up there
would be a prime candidate for the CopyCat Sterilization Program...
But not to worry, a program like this is far off... The religious
peeps of the world would fight something like this
tooth and nail on the moral issues...

She's obviously extremely fertile. I don't think we are safe to say she is extremely promiscuous. You only have to do it once to have a set of triplets. I think she needed some education though. I say that in the past tense because she already has way more children than any 17 year old should. Expecting government help is also rather unfair.

I would have to second the Copycat Sterilization program for some people. I think help for the first might be fine, but after the second and third time you really have to just start wondering if she's not just working on leaving a bunch of kids orphan after her body gives in from too many kids in not enough time. Thats so unhealthy.

Wow. that is craaaazy.

When I read stuff like this I can't help but think of my brother and SIL, who have tried sooo hard to have just one child, but haven't been able to. They are now waiting to adopt. It just seems unfair that some people are so fertile and blessed with more than they can handle while others can't manage to have just one biological child.
