Well yesterday they made him a offer,, BUT its 8,000 less than he was wanting so now he is saying that he does not know if he is going to accept the offer... The offer is still really good money so I am hoping and praying that he does take the offer.. plus is THE BEST JOB YET.. HE WILL BE MAKING 9,000 MORE THAN HE DID ON HIS LAST JOB....
But since we have to move and put our home up forsale he thinks that we will have a really hard time because we have to keep this house up plus keep up a rented house.. but the offer has really good benefits..
Such as

A referral fee will be collected and used to offset some of JCI relocation costs.House Hunting Trip· House hunting trip for employee and spouse/partner · Reimbursement of 7 days/6 nights Rental Assistance· Reimbursement of lease cancellation fees up to maximum of 3 months’ rent· Assistance with location of new rental
New Home Purchase Expenses· Current homeowners will receive reimbursement for most home purchase expenses in the new location· Normal and customary closing costs reimbursed· Loan origination fee/loan discount points up to 1 percent of new loan amount Mortgage Assistance · Pre-purchase approval over the phone in minutes· Reduced documentation· For details call MTG General Expense Allotment· One time payment to be used to cover miscellaneous relocation expensesTemporary Living Expenses· Up to 30 days temporary living· One return trip homeFinal Trip· Reimbursement of expenses is provided for you and members of your householdHousehold Goods Shipment· Packing, shipment and partial unpacking of household goods · Up to 30 days’ storage· Shipment of one car if move exceeds 400 miles; two cars if move exceeds 800 miles

Plus good health insurance which starts on day 1...
And also they have a pension plan they will pay into it 100% after 5 years...
2 weeks paid vacation..
Plus 401k they will match 6%
I don't know I think that my husband is CRAZYYYYYYYYYY IF HE TURNS THIS DOWN...

That sounds like a pretty good offer, being it is more than he was making on his last job...
And it pays a whole lot better than not working... Then there is the fact that you will both
be closer to your family and me... Yeah just go ahead and tell Scott I said to take the job,
its not like he has bunch of employers fighting over him... And the health insurance
starts the first day, he may need that with his history... I'm happy for you guys,
maybe your luck is changing...
Want to dance ???

Now we have livingroom, dining room and 2 bathrooms that we have to paint..

Sorry for the late update LOL for some reason I thought that I had already posted this...

My husband did ACCEPT the job offer...

BUT he has been very sick over the last week SOOO now I am really nervous and scared to death..

There are some days that you CAN NOT tell that anything is wrong with him at all.. THEN THERE ARE OTHER DAYS.. that he can hardly move his legs and some times when he can't move...

BUT his boss told him that he would allow him to kinda make his own hours... THIS IS GOOD... and gave him a example.. 12pm to 8pm.. or 10am to 6pm ect...
So if he really meant what he told Scott them this is a really good thing...

Scott CAN NOT quiet this job for 1 year or we will have to pay back all the moving cost (10,000) due in 1 week or they hire a lawyer and take us to court and then we have to pay for that as well as the 10,000...

His last 2 jobs he DID NOT quiet but got fired.. So this makes me feel some relief..
Gosh we need lots of prayers that he can hold this job down.. LOTS OF PRAYERS...

Sorry for the late update.. I have been working on the house painting and and throwing away tons of stuff...
BUT I still have SO MUCH MORE TO DO....

Goodness. I'm glad he took the job, but sorry about his poor health.

We are moving cross country soon, hubby took a job in Iowa City (only job he was offered... no choice!)... so I hear you on the PITA moving.
