Buddy is recuperating at such expeditious speed that I thought I'd better go ahead and post some new pictures...
At his present rate of recovery I expect him to be chasing cats again in a week to ten days...

I'm totally amazed, his face looked like melting jell-o Monday at noon...



They must be giving him some strong antibiotics...
It looks like he will be fine after he finishes healing and his hair grows back in on his snout where the Vet shaved him...
Buddy was the first dog I've ever known of to have been bitten by a poisonous snake and I do hope he is the last...
Oh and I don't call him Buddy anymore, I've taken to calling him Copper...
Short for Copperhead now that hes a snake dog...
