What is your favorite version of Mario. Any game, any system.

Mine is mario Kart for Nintendo 64. I like the ice level with the penguins.

I know this sounds like a copout... but honestly, that is my EXACT same answer - down to the level!!! That is the one that we always played over and over and over - the big icy patch in that for some reason is unusually fun to leave the different bombs/traps etc.

Mario Kart 64 actually scared me when I was younger oddly enough... Uhm, I like Super Mario for the SNES!

I was a huge fan of the old Mario game, I can't remember which console it was for but it was a big gray cartridge. I think it was Super Nintendo? that one was my favorite

I'd have to say I liked Super Mario,
the castle level about the best...
I think I just knew more tricks and
cheats for that level...

Wow! It has been a long time. The last time I played Mario, I think, was on the 1st Nintendo game system and it was Super Mario Bros. (the one where they rescue the princes from a dragon).

My favorite Mario game would either be Super Mario Bros 3 for NES, or Super Mario World on SNES.

Super Mario 64 and Sunshine never did much for me, but I liked the handheld games alright I guess. Super Mario Bros 3 though...wow.

The original because it was just the, original. 2 for the cattots not sure why but they always entertained me. :D 3 since he could fly and thats just awesome, I wish I could fly.
