Default Movies Turned Into Games
I assume that there is a thread here somewhere that talks about games becoming movies. Now lets try to turn it around, how about movies that were turned into games. Lord of the Rings and The Matrix are just an example of what I am talking about. Honestly, I haven't played any games like these so I would like to know your opinion on this type of games if you have already played them.

I played a LOTR game at one point, but not for very long. The games based on movies don't appeal to me so much because I already know the storyline from the movie.

Resident Evil won't fit in this thread. Resident Evil was a game first before it was made into a movie. What I am asking here are movies that were turned into games, not the other way around.

Harry Potter is a good example. Star Wars is another game I could think of which was a movie first then became a game after the movie became a hit.

I know there is a Jackass: The Game...
I've only played it once over at a friends house...
Not so much a real game of skill, but it was pretty funny...
I always liked Jason "Weeman" Acuna, hes quite a cool little guy...

But as for X-Men, X-Men was out on the Genesis, but if you're going that root, then here's some for you:

Power Rangers
Pokemon (which was first, TV show to game, tv show to movie, or movie to game?)
Digimon (which was first, TV show to game, tv show to movie, or movie to game?)
Dragonball / Z / GT (which was first, TV show to game, tv show to movie, or movie to game?)

I agree with Flashdrive that games that were movies first aren't as much fun because you already know the basic story...
