Default Fallout 3
Has anyone played Fallout 3 yet, or bought it for that matter? I am a big fan of the first 2 Fallout games, but this new one just looks too much like a new Elder Scrolls game to me, and that's why it doesn't look so great to me, as I was not a fan of the Elder Scrolls series.

I have never seen a Fallout game or even know what it is. Strange coming from a guy who plays games but I am just not familiar with that franchise at all.

The first 2 Fallout games were released back in the late 90's for the PC, so if you weren't into computer games back then that could be why. Anyway, I just wish it had been the original development team who was making Fallout 3, and this one seems too different in my opinion.

That would explain why I am not familiar with it. I have never been into PC games. I don't like to sit at my computer for that stuff. Although I loved the monkey Island series. But, I don't consider those PC games.

I was kind of a geek then but I still do not remember the game so I had to look it up. Now I feel really damn old.

Seriously? That's pretty odd, because the Fallout series was one of the most popular RPG series of it's era, and the games won a number of awards from major gaming magazines, and sold millions of copies each. Do you at least recall Baldurs Gate? Fallout 2 was released around the same time as Baldurs Gate.

It sounds pretty odd that a gamer doesn't know about the fallout series.

Both the fallout 1 and 2 were great games of their time

And now the 3rd one is doing pretty well

It is a very good game

Every gamer must have this one in their collection.
