Default Monty Python films and on Television

So, go on and tell me right here and now: How many of you folks are into Monty Python, and if so...what have you seen of theirs?

I personally have seen every film they released, and a good bit of their television series. Hell, I even saw most of the films that were created by individual members of Monty Python, such as Erik The Viking...which had about 3 or 4 of the Python's working on it.

What about the rest of you?

I love everything they have done, and even now...there has never been a comedy troupe quite like them!

I've seen just about everything I can get my hands on, including bloopers tapes and documentaries. I even saw Spamalot in Vegas last year (AWESOME!!). We are huge MP fans in my family, and routinely spout of quotes from Holy Grail or Life of Brian around here.

I too am a huge fan, and have watched all that I could find. I branched out too into the other things that the Python crew did-Faulty Towers by John Cleese was just wonderful!

Right now I watch his things more online than any other type. My movie collection was "borrowed" from someone that ended up moving. I would love to have a drink with that man and get inside his mind!

Honestly I don't get it. I am British, and yet the humour just doesn't make sense to me-I guess it's a little too slapstick.

Life of Brian was pretty good though, just not the series.

Cleese is an amazing and crazy man. Have you ever sat down and watched this man online before? He has comedy routines all over the net.

I think the whole lot of them were highly talented, and very clever!

You had the likes of John Cleese,Eric Idle...hell all of them brought something unique to the group.

While they are great individually, they shined the most when working as a team.

I remember doing the Killer Rabbit bit for Spanish class. We were supposed to write or translate something and act it out. We went all out, with a holy hand grenade, costumes, and of course El Conejo Assesnio. I still have fits when I see a killer rabbit clip somewhere. Obviously I am a big fan.
