So i watched Hancock yesterday and it wasn't really as funny as i hoped... but it was still AWSOME!
John Hancock is a superhero... but not the one you would hope him to be. He's a drunk superhero who pretty much saves people... but nearly destroys them... and pretty much DOES to the city. When Hancock saves a man named Ray Embrey from a train accident, yet the train didn't get saved, he decides to help Hancock to make people love him of the superhero he is. CastWill Smith as John Hancock Jason Bateman as Ray Embrey Charlize Theron as Mary Embrey Eddie Marsan as Red Parker Worldwide, Hancock grossed $559,628,181 (approx) and is in talks for a sequel. The film recieved mostly negative reviews from Rotten Tomatoes and that 38% of critics gave the film positive write-ups, based upon a sample of 192 critics (Roughly 73 critics with positive reviews). Release Hancock was released worldwide on 2 July 2008 and as of 4th September 2008, is the 5th grossed film of 2008. I would rate Hancock 4/5 as it does have a few chuckles here and there and does have ALOT of action to it and a surprise that you possibly won't suspect as such.
