Nicholas Cage is Joe, an assassin, who has grown tired of the killing business. His last assignment takes him to Bangkok where he's contracted to do 4 hits. He meets people and becomes more emotionally involved with them than he wants to.

I've often heard that Nicholas Cage acts...well, like Nicholas Cage. This movie isn't so bad. It offers nothing new either. There's no loss if you decide to catch it on TV than on DVD. He moves a bit slow for someone who's supposed to be undercover. I thought he lacked the stealth that's required for his character. This movie is just so-so.
