I sadly agree with all that you've said Karl... You need religion to make good people do bad things... And it is used as a tool by our goverments to control the people... Its a shame that people can't seem to see this, but I guess they are to busy talking in tongues, drinking poison, and passing around rattlesnakes...

I find it surprising too Karl... I guess there are just not many true Christians [That "Christianity Taught by an Atheist" video below comes to mind] out there anymore... I know dog gone well if I believed in the Bible, I would be the biggest Bible thumper there ever was... But I think that most of the people that believe in the Bible today are pretty clueless as to what is in it... I mean I don't think they have even read the damn thing... Which I really find surprising because it tells you what you need to do to get in to heaven for eternity... Now I know this would insinuate that there are a lot of stupid people in the world, but I believe it to be true... I know if I were a believer and someone were to ask me what my goal in life was, I'd say "To go to heaven when I die"... But I also think that people are slowly coming around, I think that in a hundred years people will look on religious people the same way we look at people today that claim to be witches or vampires...

span of words... And although "agent_grey" may never come back,
he maybe one of those many one time posters... That thread gets
a good bit of traffic with close to 2000 hits now, so I'm sure your

i'm glad you're liking the novel so far! i just got it on cd so i listen to it while i'm driving around. it drives my boyfriend crazy, but oh well. hehe. and i haven't read that book, but i'll have to check it out! thanks!

lol, well i couldn't help throwing myself into the fray there. Whitey the dawg is all but housebroken. He's keept littering my e-mail with christian related topics for a good month+ now. And we also argued after some YDM post about the same thing.. Naturally with the same ending as on here.

The closest victory i've had, was over an e-mail when he actually stated that i had made some good points and would have to think about it.. I never recieved any answer.
