is anyone else super excited to see the movie Twilight based on the stephanie meyers book? I just finished reading the first three books and can't wait for the next one, and the movie should be awesome too. I really want to see how they show it all!

Anyone else read the books? I'd highly recommend them!

I have never read any of the Twilight books, and I am not even entirely sure on what they are about.

Can anyone tell me a little bit more on this series, just for my own curiosity?

I cannot be excited for a film about a book series I know nothing about.

it's about a girl named bella moves to washington to live with her dad. while there she falls in love with a vampire and it's about their dealings in their relationship (you know him trying to loose control and kill her) and she's very accident prone so things are always happening to put her in danger. plus she's one of the only humans to know about him and his vampire family, so she must keep their secret from everyone she knows.

Sounds sort of interesting, if it's done right. By the sounds of it, this may be one of those movies that gets that real campy feel to it, like Angel or Buffy the Vampire Slayer did. If it's done right, it could be a cool movie.

I knew nothing about this movie, so no I wasn't excited about it...

i'm happy to hear that, because for awhile i was getting nervous i was the only person that i knew of over 15 years old excited for this movie, haha.

So wait a minute, this is supposed to be sort of like a Beauty&The Beast meets Buffy sort of fare?

Although I do not usually go in for romantic films in general, I must admit that this one does sound at least a little interesting to me.

Assuming I had a date, I may even see it in the theater.

Otherwise, I think it will be a DVD rental for me.
