Hey Rachel! Welcome to our little hangout here, I'm glad you found us! I particularly like the fact that you never wear matching socks, btw. You'd fit right in at my household since we seem to fit into the proverbial pitfall of losing socks in some mysterious sock abyss.
So how's life in Canada treating you? I'm assuming it's got to be like a thousand below zero there around this time of year? And wait til you meet copycat... you won't think twice about centered, colored, fancy fonts... you'll see.... ![]() |

Canada is very chilly around these winter months. Not quite as cold as a lot of people would think, but nonetheless, cold. Just today my school was cancelled, for the freezing temperatures and snowy streets. And I've seen copycat's writing around the forums, much my style. (; |

Hi girl !!! Look don't you give me that chilly crap, it cold up there... I bet if you can look out your window right now [you know like if its not coverered over by snow] and you will see penguins and polar bears dancing around out there... I would'nt live in Canada if they they were going to give me the whole damn country... I'm not really into that clubbing baby seals stuff, maybe if it was kittens I'd go for it... But I just don't like cold weather, I like to water ski, play baseball, football, lacrosse, you know warm weather sports... I have participated in motorcross, but I have never even sat on a what do you call them, a snowmobile... I hate snow, that stuff is cold... I really feel like the only reason you peeps live up there is because you have never been down here for a few months... ![]()

Lol, wow, so many Canadian sterotypes! I haven't seen a penguin or polar bear before; I'm not that far north. Nor have I ever used, or even seen a snowmobile. Snow isn't all that bad, and it doesn't last all year. The summer and autumn around here is my favorite time of year. ![]() It's really nice. And maple syrup is usually best around september, Wait a few more months for it; I'll get you some. (It's best on pancakes btw, not toast.) ![]() |

The only stereotype of Canadians is that you all wear fuzzy caps with ear flaps in the winter... other than that... sheesh....
Don't feel bad Rachel - whenever I tell people I was born in Iowa, they assume I was born on a farm, and grew up around dirt roads and corn fields - which couldn't be any further from the truth! ![]() ![]() ![]() |
