Default What To Do To Cool Down?

In my place right now, the heat has reach 94 degrees but it feels like its much more. I just want to stay inside the bathroom until night comes. I have finished taking a 30 minute shower and by the time my whole body is outside the bathroom, my sweat starts to appear again.

Any advice what to do? I wish I could buy an air-conditioner.

Maybe you can buy a good fan, it will help to circulate the air and cool the place down quicker. Can you open windows? Sometimes inside is hotter than outside, so you could go sit outside for awhile and listen to some music of your choice.

Hmmmmmmm, I used to put sheets over the window, the hallway entrance and the doors and have the fans blowing in the concealed area of sheetness. It seems to work for me! Hopefully this helps!

Well if you go 2 m underground the temperature is a constant
54 degrees without doing anything else... I hope to one day
build a earth-sheltered home... I might need to open a widow
to let some warm air in, but that wouldn't be so bad...

We use a window fan with an in/out function so that it circulates the air from inside the area to the outside. I think we bought ours fo $35. It's a lot cheaper than an airconditioner.

I'm currently staying in Thailand. My girlfriend describes the climate here as: hot, hotter, and hottest. We are on the hottest season of the year.

I just bought a water cooler to make the room a little bit cooler than 2 or 3 degrees. I have to place cubes of ice inside this cooler in order for it to blow cold air. It won't last long but at least the cool breeze will help ease the heat.

Cool

The kids love me in Thialand and the weathers nice, but I
don't like all the car bombs and drive by shootings and stuff...

You can try getting some damp washcloths and freezing them. They're great to wipe youself down with if you're covered in sweat. It's like having a thin sheet of ice on you for a little while.
