Chickenwire why

It seems my neighbors have decided that a good addition to their front yard is chicken wire. Its not there holding any Ivy or any other vine up even though the lady who lives there is an overboard gardener, she has at least 40+ plants and shrubs planted and they look like a wild jungle. I wonder if I can sneak over one night and take it all down, it looks hideous!

Send her a note:
"we'd like our chicken wire back, its ugly where you have it and you should be ashamed. it sure is.
-the chickens"

Maybe she'll get the message and take it down or something?

LOL!! I love it! Nothing like a note from the chickens asking for their wire back!! LOL Maybe put up a sign that says "Entering a tacky yard zone" or even one that says "Plant Sale"! LOL

I take it you don't live in a community that has a home owner's association. I would definitely be leaving some not so subtle hints.

That is pretty interesting for the note part. I had a family member come over recently and while sitting on our front porch goes "Is that the wire you were talking about, my god that is hideous".

I just all about fell down laughing so hard and then explaining we have to see that crap day after day. It would be at least tolerable had there been chickens but no she has some freaky plant garden instead.
