Some Products are Just a Rip-off

I am quite unimaginative and with Halloween coming up, I'm definitely not one of those people who make their own or their children's costumes.

Now, while browsing through some websites, I come across a Dora the Explorer costume. For $25, you get a PLAIN pink short-sleeved shirt, orange shorts, and a backpack.... Hmmm.... Guess what? I can get a pink shirt and orange shorts for much less!!! For all I know I probably have these things lying around in my daughter's closet. What a gyp! I tried to look closely at the costume but all it has special is a fake tummy to make the wearer a little bit plump. What's more, if you look around other websites, for $10 more, you get a wig and clothes with decals instead of plain ones.

Anyone else seen products that make themselves more expensive than what they are?

That's the art of selling, some people can't bother to look around so they buy at the first stop and that is what people like those are doing, counting on the people who can't bother to shop around. I really hate when they do that!!
