Flixray blackout?! What happened?

So for the last couple of days I kept getting the signs that the Flixray forum had disappeared off the face of the Earth.

What happened?

Was this maintenance? Or should I start collecting e-mail addresses again, like I had to for the last couple of movie forums?

To wit: I think there should be a keeper of member e-mail addys in case the site goes down forever, and members want to re-group somewhere else.

I nominate myself.

I do this because I've been through this before, and I'd hate to lose contact with such nice people like I've met here.

Yeah, I started freaking out a little. If something happened to this place I was done for sure. I don't have it in me to start somewhere else again. But I would like to know what happened too.

Missed the fun too and started to wonder if it was a halloween prank. Anyway I am glad to see that the forum is up and running again.

Funny, I didn't notice anything amiss at all. I logged on at my normal time-frame, and it seemed fine. The posting level was very skimpy, but other than that, no problems. Odd....

I was worried about this place, and had no idea what had happened. So I would visit the forum, and the little green browser icon would show, but the forum itself just refused to load!

Then just late night, I was finally able to get back on! Still I wish I knew what had happened.

I PM'ed you my addy. It's a good idea I think. I was sort of scratching my head wondering if the forums just disappeared....

I talked to the ever-elusive Aperio (I had to find her through Youtube. I should be a detective) to alert her to the blackout. Apparently it was the server that went down, and she fixed it as soon as she got my message.

But odd that some of you could still log on...

I was able to see the forum just once, enough to know that there were still people posting, but most of the time I saw nothing. The one time I saw it, it went down again as soon as I tried to log in.

What?!! Where's the site going? Why? Who did it?! It was CopyCat wasn't it?! I'm glad things are running smoothly now. I didn't know the site was funky thought it was my slow computer.
