The Homepage

Just wondering, what is up with the row of girly videos on the homepage? Why not put movie trailers there instead? Or is it a paid advert?

What vids are you talking about? I hadn't noticed any girly vids on there. And I do see some trailers, or at least I thought I did.....

Fidget I just came from our home page and I'm not seeing any "girly videos" ???
I don't spend a lot of time on our home page, but I've been there a few times and have never
noticed any "girly videos" before... Unless its some type of pop-up, being I do have a pop-up blocker running...
Is all I see is "Azazon.com"... But let me just say this to set your mind at ease... If you are seeing, or ever do see
any kind of "pop-up girly videos" in the future or any "girly videos" running down one side of the home page...
The answer is yes we are definitely getting paid for it or either we are taking it out in trade...
Rest assured no one is getting a free ride around here...

Seriously, am I crazy? No one else sees these? It's not a pop-up, it's in the adbanner running across the top of the site, right under the header. And it's girly vids everytime I load from the homepage (I usually just come straight to the forum, but I was browsing through the homepage the other day on my other computer).

It just seemed somewhat out of character for the site, having been coming here since the beginning of the year, I feel like I know you guys...

Ok yeah, now I know what it is fidget...
When you first came to this web site a window popped up on the screen that said something like
"If you trust this site click on download below" and there was a download button...
And I'm guessing you downloaded it... Well when I seen that same pop-up I thought to myself "Hmm,
that must be some kind of advertisement" so I went a little further down in that same window
and clicked on a button that said "Don't show me this window again "... I had forgot about that thing...
Below the header in that same place you see the "girly videos" I just see an empty white box...
I never click on those kind of downloads unless I see I need them for something...

I know I didn't download anything, but I do see a MMORPG ad there when I just checked. The real question is if the ads are based on the keywords on the site or your computer...when I refreshed I got something about a "dumb test"...
