Does anybody love this show as much as I do? First Howie Mandel is the best - he brings so much fun and humor to the on-the-edge decisions. I also like the various themes they bring to the show from time to time, (there's a Star Wars version coming). Oh, and I just absolutely love the models - even if their cases only had a dollar.

Like hes scared of grems and stuff... If you watch him he don't
even like to shake people hands on the show, but he has to...

I can't say I'm with you on this one. I watched it several times when it first aired but it's just one of those shows that's the same everytime. Sure, they try to change things upa bit but it's just a boring show.

You're right Copy Cat. He doesn't shake hands but does this fist to fist thing with people.
Deal or No Deal is a pretty good show. It's great to see people win a bunch of money but such a bummer when they have a lot, keep playing and end up with practically nothing.

You know, when this show first came out, I was saddly hooked on it.

But then... it disappeared for such a long time, that I became 'unhooked'. I've never really gotten back into it since then. I've often wondered why they did that when there was so much initial hype that followed the show. Very odd indeed.

I've heard that he is a clean and germ freak as well and it must drive him nuts getting all of the hugs, etc. I think he shows fantastic control not to just push people away. It is the price he pays by being a game show host. I enjoy watching it and do love the banker and some of the crazy stuff he does!

i wish with all this popularity that howie mandell gets now that they would bring back "bobby's world" - best cartoon ever!

on a side note when i worked at dippin' dots howie mandel was a customer of mine one night when he was in town for a comedy show. but he didn't pay me, another guy did. but i wanted to tell him how much i loved the cartoon, haha.

I can't help but feel that Deal Or No Deal is incredibly fixed. It would take me too long to explain it here though. Best thing to do would be to invite me over to your homes and I'll give you a running commentary about the show while it's on.

I can't stand this show.
I think it's hilarious when the 'contestants' on the show think they have a valid system.

There is no skill in choosing a box, none at all.

I can't believe I didn't see this thread before, I love this one with a passion. I am always shouting out deal or no deal and getting pretty excited and short of breath.
