Alvin & the Chipmunks

I found it entertaining enough (though I'm easy to entertain with these things sometimes). Now, that being said - and as much as I love Alvin and the Chipmunks (like Collyweed, I grew up with Alving and company...) this wasn't one of those movies where as soon as it was over i knew I'd be watching it again in no time. I'm not saying I never will, but I'm content to wait a bit.

If you have kids, then it's really a no-brainer - just buy it already.
If no kids, then for me personally $20 would be hard to swallow. $15 is borderline, $10 yeah I'd go for it.

Alright.. I did it, brought myself to watch this one. I'm glad I didn't buy it, it was pretty lame. Jason Lee, you failed me!!!

i thought it was a cute movie. we have it at my work so i haven't really seen the whole thing all the way through, but every time we play it i see a little more and i like it. glad i didn't buy it though, haha.

I think I will eventually buy it, my son won't appreciate its content now, but will in a few years, so I will just continue to build his collection until he can take over.

My 6 year old absolutely loved it! She got to go see it on a field trip with her Kindergarten class back in the Spring and she talked about it for days on end. I guess that takes care of one birthday present I can get for her and know she's gonna love.

I used to sing with Alvin and the Chipmunks every day on my "record" player. I would sing along with the cartoon and I even sang Christmas carols with Alvin.

My son loved this movie he memorized all the lines of Theodore. That's his favorite one in the movie. I was never really a big fan of the chipmunks but they are pretty funny and entertaining.
