What Do You Guys Think About Terminator 4 I Know It Will Not Have Arnold In It Who Do You Think Will Play The T-100,plus Who Is Casting In It And Also Directing It. I'm Sure It Will Be Sucky Like The 3rd One.this One Won't Be A Blast W/edward Furlong Or Arnold Shwarzenneger In It Because Some People Did'nt Like The Last Terminator.

Terminator-Salvation-The Future Begins


Release Dates: 22 May 2009 in the USA, 4 June in kangaroo land
and 5 June in the UK...


The movie will be directed by Joseph McGinty Nichol or "McG" for short...
It is said to be the start of a new trilogy, that means 3 more
of them suckers... I hear that Charlotte Gainsbourg will not be
playing Kate Connor, the wife of John Connor, played by Christian Bale
in this one... I think she is busy making another movie...
Its said to start off in the year 2018 after Skynet has destroyed
much of humanity in a nuclear holocaust... Then our hero John Connor
and a group of survivors fight to keep the machines from finishing the job...
And my guess is that there will be a bunch of T-100 robots without skin
running around in this movie... And I bet they wont be as friendly
as Arnold was... Below is a little preview I found...

I haven't heard too much about it myself either, but I'll probably give it a shot depending on how it looks. BTW CopyCat that preview looks to me to basically be the start of Terminator 2: Judgement Day, just with a new voice-over and title added in. I'm thinking it might be a cheap amature fake one. See what anyone else might think.

I've got an open mind about it. The TV show was surprisingly good.

I just got my fan edit of part 3, which is supposed to fix all the continuity problems and nonsense, so I'll be watching that tomorrow night (check the Fan Edit thread for my write-up!).

Ok ok, I hear you... So I went back and dug a little deeper and uncovered this
official Terminator 4 trailer in high definition... It does have a newer feel to it...

I really don't have very high hopes for this film, and I actually liked all of the Terminators including part 3.

You just can not have a Terminator 4 without Governator Arnold, especially since he is so closely associated with all the earlier Terminators.

Maybe I will rent the DVD of 4, but i'm expecting it to be pretty bad.

Uh, Copycat? That's another fan trailer.

Bits of all three terminator films, plus terminator 3d, AND... Sum of All Fears nuke detonation scene.

C'mon man... you fell for that being an 'official' trailer?

LOL

Why is this even in the 'upcoming dvd releases' section anyway?

I couldn't watch that second preview because of that guys voice. Holy crap who the hell was that. WOW, that was bad. Non of that footage can be from the film since they haven't really started filming yet. They definately won't have any finished shots anyway.

I am looking forward to the film and I am in the minority in the fact that I loved T3. I thought it was the best of the series. Furlong ruined T2. I wish they would have brought back Stahl from the last film. But Bale should do just fine.

I liked T3 as well. The scene with the big crane truck? Too cool.

The voice on that craptastic fan trailer sounded like some asian/german kid going through puberty.

Hey CopyCat, we all appreciate your efforts, but that was another fan trailer with a bunch of bits like Cavalier mentioned. Hopefully they'll get a good preview out soon. BTW, I think I remember hearing something about how when Batman Begins hits the theaters, there's supposed to be an official trailer for Terminator 4 shown at that time. I don't know if Bill Hunt mentioned it or what, but that was my recollection.

P.S. Yeah, that voiceover was pretty bad!
