	Kapow
	This is definitely my favourite movie of all time. It is more complex than it seems at first look compared to many romantic comedies, and has many different emotions through the story.

It would be pretty easy to be scathing about this movie if it weren't for the fact that I don't think it sets its ambitions that high in the first place. I like dark comedies. I love laughing at things that I probably shouldn’t be laughing at, but do anyway. So when I first saw previews for the movie The Savages, I felt that it was a movie right up my alley, and I was right. This movie is more family drama, but it does have some dark comedy thrown in at just the right moments to help lighten the drama.
