Struggling musician Peter Bretter (Jason Segel) has spent six years idolizing his girlfriend, television star Sarah Marshall (Kristen Bell). He's the guy left holding her purse in paparazzi photos and accidentally omitted from acceptance award speeches. But his world is rocked when she dumps him and Peter finds himself alone. Segel takes on multiple duties in this movie. Not only does he star, but also wrote the script, some of which was taken from real life experiences. Now I don’t know if these experiences were as funny when they happened to Segel, but he had me laughing until I cried at some of the things that happened to his poor character. He makes the audience really feel for Peter’s character and everyone will be rooting for him by the end of the movie. ..

Del Toro to direct The Hobbit
Del Toro will move to New Zealand for the next four years to work with Jackson and his Wingnut and WETA production teams. Step Brothers movie review
