I think I am one of those rare people that is just simply not a big Bruce Willis fan, albeit I still manage to enjoy his movies. Seems like a contradiction, to which I fully admit, but this is the tangled web I weave.

Now, that being said, I will admit I am a fan of the Die Hard movies (though I resisted watching a single one until about six months ago). With the release of Live...

I never liked any of Bruce Willis' previous films so much and fell asleep in the middle of them. I thought this latest Die Hard installment would be a lousy attempt at fame for him but it wasn't. A tip to enjoying the movie, as ridiculous as most of the stunts may seem, keep an open mind and believe for two hours that they can actually happen and that a 40-year old man can actually pull them... I watched this film on Thanksgiving with my brother, husband and both kids. I loved it! It's totally action packed from beginning to end and allows Bruce Willis to show off his caring "daddy" side at the same time.

Yeah, so it was a little "out there" in places. That's one of the parts I liked so much! The extra large explosions, the stunts that would kill someone if they actually...

The Sasquatch Gang Movie Review
Written and directed by Tim Skousen, who was assistant director on Napoleon Dynamite, there’s going to be inevitable parallels between the two movies. Both look at the awkwardness of childhood and both are absolutely hilarious. Still, even if you didn’t like Napoleon you might find something to enjoy here.

I Am Legend Movie Review
Will Smith’s portrayal of a man obsessed with finding a way to reverse the effects of the disease is the finest thing about this movie. Smith brings a vulnerability and craziness to Neville whose battle with loneliness and depression is a constant spiral downwards. This is no alien kicking, gung-ho, in your face performance and the change of pace is rewarding to watch.

Speed Racer Movie Review
Directed by the Wachowski brothers, (the Matrix), the film has a truly unique look and feel to it - one that may not work for all viewers, but I found it very cool to watch. The racing scenes are thrilling, and you want to stand up and cheer for Speed in the final race. The fight scenes are fun to watch, but you really need to suspend your disbelief before walking into the theater.

Juno movie review
Oh no, not another teenage pregnancy movie! Yeah, that’s what I thought when I first heard about Juno too. I gave it a chance anyhow: one, because I’m a sucker for teenage pregnancy movies (what can I say – I can get sucked into those Lifetime movies too, I’m not made of stone!) and two, because I wanted to see more of Ellen Page.

Forgetting Sarah Marshall Movie Review
Segel takes on multiple duties in this movie. Not only does he star, but also wrote the script, some of which was taken from real life experiences. Now I don’t know if these experiences were as funny when they happened to Segel, but he had me laughing until I cried at some of the things that happened to his poor character. He makes the audience really feel for Peter’s character and everyone will be rooting for him by the end of the movie.
