With her pregnancy in full swing, Jessica Alba and fiancée Cash Warren headed out to Urth Café in West Hollywood for a Saturday lunch.

The Into the Blue bombshell gave a quick glance to the cameras as she tried to dodge the mob of paparazzi following close behind as the pair exited the restaurant.  Alba has always been weary of the paparazzi, but ever since becoming pregnant she has gone the extra mile to try and block the flashbulbs.  Leaving through the kitchen entrance in the back of a restaurant (as pictured above) has become common practice.
